PBMCs consist of lymphocytes (T, B and NK cells), monocytes and dendritic cells. iXCells Biotechnologies offers PBMCs from the human peripheral blood of individual healthy donors. These PBMCs are purified from peripheral blood using ficoll gradient centrifugation.
